REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Dare activewear. We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order for any reason, please read the following guidelines to begin the return process.

 

1. Returns:

- You may return items within 15 days from the delivery date.

- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

-If your return request is approved, you are responsible for covering the cost of the shipping label. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All concerns must be reported within specific timeframes from the order date:

* Damaged items must be reported within 7 days from the package delivery date.

* Defective items must be reported within 7 days from the package delivery date.

* Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days from the package delivery date.

* Missing items must be reported within 7 days from the package delivery date.

* Quality issues must be reported within 60 days from the package delivery date.

 

- Items not meeting these criteria, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

 

2. Return Procedure:

- Contact our customer service team within the 15-day return window at hello@dareactivewear.com.

- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation for the return.

- Upon approval, we will guide you on how to proceed with your return.

 

3. Refunds:

- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will update you on the status of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

- Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are your responsibility.

 

4. Exchanges:

- Direct exchanges are not available. Please follow the return process and place a new order for any desired items.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

- Contact our customer service immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item.

- We will assist with a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.

6. Package Lost After Delivery:

Once a carrier marks a package as "delivered," it becomes your responsibility. We recommend contacting the carrier for assistance if you suspect your package is lost or misplaced after delivery. While we support you during shipping, we cannot assume responsibility beyond successful delivery.
